To ensure a serene environment in our spa/salon, please turn off or on vibrate all cell phones & beepers.
We recommend against bringing valuables to the spa/salon. Mallia~ is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Services may be denied at the discretion of management.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your appointment to ensure a full treatment session. Please note that we may not be able to extend treatment sessions which start after the scheduled appointment time.
We require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation of services. All missed appointments or late cancellations may be charged the full amount.
A $30.00 processing fee will be applied to all returned checks.
Our Spa/Salon are non-smoking environments.
While we do welcome children who have appointments, salons are not a safe environment for unattended children.
Please alert your therapist if you are: pregnant, have muscle joint injuries, are using Retin-A, Accutane, or any photosensitizing or keratolytic medications, or have had recent laser or plastic surgery. Any of the above conditions may affect our ability to perform your requested treatment.
Prices are subject to change without notice. In certain instances, our fee schedule may change before our website does. Please confirm prices with our reservationists while booking your appointment.
College student discount of 10%
Gift Cards are valid for two (2) years from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, lost or stolen cards cannot be honored. Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.
Multiple services must be reserved with a 50% deposit. No shows on scheduled multiple services will forfiet their deposit.
